Community Bank, which operates in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, disclosed a cybersecurity incident after detecting exposure of customers’ personal data tied to use of an unauthorized artificial intelligence-based software application. The bank said it is evaluating what customer data was affected and is sending notifications in line with applicable laws.
